Rep. Kelly: “Mr. President, just keep your promise.”
WASHINGTON — Representative Mike Kelly (R-PA) delivered remarks on the floor of the House of Representatives today in support of H.R. 3350, the Keep Your Health Plan Act, of which Rep. Kelly is a co-sponsor. The legislation was passed by a bipartisan majority vote of 261-157.

The address was made in advance of tomorrow’s consideration of H.R. 3350, the Keep Your Health Plan Act, of which Rep. Kelly is a co-sponsor.

WASHINGTON, DC — U.S. Representative Mike Kelly (PA-03) announced today that he will be hosting a toll-free telephone town hall meeting at which constituents can ask questions and receive answers about the Medicare Open Enrollment Period (OEP). The call will feature expert input from special guests at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Social Security Administration (SSA).

The hearing featured witness testimony by Marilyn Tavenner, Administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
