WASHINGTON — Representative Mike Kelly (R-PA), a member of the House Ways and Means Committee, participated in today’s full committee hearing on the status of the Obama administration’s implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Obamacare). The hearing featured witness testimony by Marilyn Tavenner, Administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
