Representative Kelly's telephone town halls reach our neighbors across Pennsylvania's 16th Congressional District!

On March 5, 2026, Rep. Kelly hosted a live telephone town hall to assist constituents with the new tax filing season officials from the IRS and Office of the Taxpayer Advocate. More than 16,000 constituents joined the call!
