Representative Kelly's telephone town halls reach our neighbors across Pennsylvania's 16th Congressional District!
On December 2, 2025, Rep. Kelly will hold a telephone town hall to help Pennsylvanians navigate the 2025 Medicare Open Enrollment period. He will be joined by officials from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
