Mike Kelly (R-PA) that would fully repeal a U.S. Department of Energy rule that threatens the future of domestic grain-oriented electrical steel (GOES) production. The last domestic producer of GOES is Cleveland-Cliffs Butler Works, located in Butler, Pennsylvania.
