Bill includes Kelly language banning federal dollars for UN Arms Trade Treaty
America's tax code is broken. It's too complex, too confusing, and much too costly. Too many hard-earned tax dollars are taken by Washington every year and then used to fund powerful special interests that don't ever help Americans or our economy. Far too much taxpayer money is being downright wasted by unchecked abuse and mismanagement at the IRS and other agencies. There must be a fix.
