WASHINGTON, D.C. --  On Wednesday, August 14, 2024, U.S. Rep. Mike Kelly (R-PA) and his staff will host their first-ever Passport Fair at the U.S. Post Office in Cranberry Township, Pa., Butler County.

U.S. Passports are one of the most-requested services Rep. Kelly's office assists with each year. In recent years, passport applications have been backlogged causing delays for both new and existing applications.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Task Force on the Attempted Assassination of Donald J. Trump Chairman Mike Kelly (R-PA) and Ranking Member Jason Crow (D-CO) sent two investigation letters requesting documents and information related to the assassination attempt in Butler, Pennsylvania on July 13, 2024. The Task Force is the official, 13-member bipartisan House entity charged with investigating the shooting by a resolution unanimously agreed to by the House of Representatives.

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Today, U.S. Representatives Mike Kelly (R-PA), Guy Reschenthaler (R-PA), and Chris Deluzio (D-PA), along with U.S. Senators Bob Casey (D-PA) and John Fetterman (D-PA), released the following statement calling on the Biden Administration to include Marc Fogel in any prisoner swap made with Russia. Fogel, detained in Russia since August 2021, is currently serving a 14-year sentence for possession of medical marijuana used to treat his severe back injury.

Mike Kelly (R-PA), Chairman of the Ways & Means Subcommittee on Tax, led the Committee's latest Community Development Tax Team site visit in Northwest Washington, D.C. to learn more about the role tax credits can play to boost affordability and accessibility in a challenging housing market. Notably, the role of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (Housing Credit) and its impact since its inception in the 1986 tax reform law.

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Tonight, the U.S. House of Representatives passed a H. Res. 1367, a resolution introduced by U.S. Rep. Mike Kelly (R-PA) to formally establish a task force charged with investigating the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump in Kelly's hometown of Butler, Pennsylvania on July 13. The shooting injured Mr. Trump, killed Corey Comperatore, of Sarver, Pa., and injured two other Pennsylvanians. The resolution overwhelmingly passed by a vote of 416-0.

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- On Monday evening, U.S. Rep. Mike Kelly (R-PA) honored the life of Corey Comperatore during a speech with other members of the Pennsylvania Congressional delegation on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives.

Mr. Comperatore, of Butler County, Pa., was killed during the assassination attempt of former President Donald Trump. Rep. Kelly was joined by a bipartisan group of Pennsylvania members in the House of Representatives for the speech as well.
