WASHINGTON — Representative Mike Kelly (R-PA) delivered remarks on the floor of the House of Representatives today in support of the Government Employee Accountability Act, which he introduced on June 28, 2013, and which the House passed this evening by a bipartisan vote of 239-176 as part of H.R.

The legislation passed the House of Representatives with bipartisan support by 265-155.
