Rep. Kelly to Host School Safety Seminar

Oct 2, 2019

Washington, D.C. – U.S. Representative Mike Kelly is pleased to announce the 16th Congressional District's 2019 School Safety Seminar. The event, hosted by Kelly in partnership with U.S. Attorney Scott Brady, the U.S. Secret Service and the FBI, will provide attendees with available resources to help ensure a safe learning environment for the children of western Pennsylvania.

"As a father of four and a grandfather of ten, I know the safety of our children is critically important to all of us," said Kelly. "This event will connect those on the front lines protecting our kids with federal agencies that have guidance and resources to support their mission. I highly encourage local officials, law enforcement, school administrators, and faculty to attend."

The event is open to all responsible for school safety, including administrators, guidance counselors, law enforcement, safety professionals, and more.
