These 18 individuals completed a highly competitive application process and were interviewed by an independent Service Academy Advisory Board, whose members include local academy alumni and prestigious veterans. All candidates were meticulously evaluated on factors such as academic record, extracurricular achievements, leadership potential, character, and motivation.
