WASHINGTON, D.C. -- This week, U.S. Representatives Mike Kelly (PA-16) and Ryan Mackenzie (PA-07) led members of the Pennsylvania congressional delegation in urging Governor Josh Shapiro to preserve Pennsylvania’s participation in the International Justice & Public Safety Network (formerly known as the National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System, or Nlets), a critical information-sharing system used by law enforcement agencies nationwide.

Quinn Ritchie, Kelly's current Deputy Chief of Staff and Legislative Director, will be promoted to Chief of Staff.
