WASHINGTON — U.S. Representative Mike Kelly (R-PA) issued the following statement today after the House of Representatives passed the Department of Defense Appropriations Bill for Fiscal Year 2015 by a bipartisan vote of 340-73. The bill included language requested by Rep. Kelly to prohibit any funding by the Department of Defense for the implementation of the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty (ATT).
