WASHINGTON, DC — U.S. Representative Mike Kelly (PA-03) will be welcomed as a special guest at an upcoming seminar in New Castle, PA to help students apply for and receive financial aid to attend colleges, universities, community colleges, trade schools, and business schools, as well as hospital school of nursing programs. The event will feature a presentation by the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) in cooperation with the Lawrence County Community Action Partnership (LCCAP).
