Earl Blumenauer (D-OR), and 8 other original co-sponsors. The bipartisan legislation will amend the nation’s tax code to improve the Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit.

WASHINGTON — U.S. Representative Mike Kelly (PA-03) congratulated Washington’s Trail – 1753 today on a technical assistance grant awarded by the National Park Service under its Rivers, Trails, and Conservation Assistance (RTCA) program. Washington’s Trail 1753 is a non-profit in Butler County that maintains a driving route commemorating George Washington’s journey through Western Pennsylvania as a young officer at the beginning of the French and Indian War.
