WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Today, U.S. Rep. Mike Kelly (R-PA) released this statement following the federal indictment of former President Donald Trump.

“The Biden Justice Department has been weaponized against President Trump! We must stand with Donald Trump," Kelly said. "This is an unprecedented assault against a former president -- and now leading presidential candidate. If this can happen to a former president, it can happen to anyone. If it wasn’t for a double standard, there would be no standard at all. Where is the outrage, America?!”
