Rep. Kelly Sends Annual Christmas Message to Constituents in Third District

WASHINGTON — U.S. Representative Mike Kelly (PA-03) released the enclosed video today as his annual Christmas greeting to his constituents in Pennsylvania’s Third Congressional District. 

Rep. Kelly: “I wanted to take a few moments just to wish you all a very merry Christmas. … I’ll be thinking of you on Christmas morning. And again, I want to thank you for the honor and the privilege to serve you.”
