Speech to demand end to EPA’s job-killing overreach,
highlight need for Rep. Kelly’s Coal Country Protection Act

 Kicks-off congressman’s week of activity coinciding with
EPA’s national public hearings on controversial new power plant rule

WASHINGTON, DC — U.S. Representative Mike Kelly (R-PA) will deliver a public address at the Heritage Foundation, the world’s largest conservative public policy institute, on Monday, July 28, 2014, to discuss the dangers of the Obama administration’s regulatory war on American energy and what must be done to stop it. Rep. Kelly is the lead sponsor of H.R. 4808, the Coal Country Protection Act, which he introduced in the House of Representatives on June 5, 2014. The Senate version of the bill was introduced by Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY).
