Congressional Art Competition

The Congressional Art Competition is an annual bipartisan tradition where high school students from across the nation compete to display their artwork in the United States Capitol. The 2021 competition is underway and Representative Kelly invites Western Pennsylvanians with a talent for painting, drawing, and other forms of art to showcase their skills.

The deadline to participate by submitting artwork is April 28 and the winners will be announced in early May. Below are several documents that will help interested students and their teachers start the process.

For further information or questions about the program, you may contact Representative Kelly's Congressional Art Competition Coordinator Mariah Rohan, Mariah.Rohan@mail.house.gov.
